DD13, DD15, DD16 DPF / SCR&DEF / EGR delete reprogramming service for your Detroit Diesel engine is available using TeamViewer. Please select date and time of your appointment and provide other necessary information.
Complete deleting of the DPF/SCR/EGR systems is available on trucks with a manual transmission only.
The SCR/DPF ONLY delete options will be applied for trucks equipped with an automatic transmission. We do not provide the EGR delete option on these trucks due to incorrect gearshifting.
After completion of operation, the ACM must remain connected and powered, and the DEF pump must remain unplugged.
Main features:

Legal framework usage of this service
This is ECM tuning (adjustment) service. The result of this service is improvement the performance characteristics of customerβs equipment.
The service may require additional hardware and/or software tools on the Customer side. See βEquipment requirementsβ tab for the details.

The ECM tuning may cause emissionΒ class change. Customer takes full responsibility of technical inspections and certification of his equipment regardless of his jurisdiction and local emissions regulations. DrunkLab do not accept complaints due to certification incompatibilities.
How-To
- Select desired time of your service to book engineer to support you. Please note that our engineers are available on business days Β from 06:00 to 22:00 UTC.
(Monday-Friday from 6AM to 10PM by GMT). Weekends are out of service. - Fill the form VIN or chassis IDΒ field under the calendar.
- Make sure that your wallet balance is enough to pay for the selected service.
- Use any option shown at the order confirmation page to contact us on the booked time.
- If you have time corrections and/or any technical questions feel free to contact us.
- Make sure your laptop, communication interfaceΒ and TeamViewer are working properly.
- Unplug all emission control components before programming.
- Share your TeamViewer credentials with our support team in the support chat 5-10 min before the scheduled time.
Aftertreatment instructions
ATTENTION! After applying our service: DEF/DPF/EGR systems sensors should be unplugged and EGR flow should be blocked. The ACM (Aftertreatment Control Module) should remain connected but the DEF pump should be electrically disconnected. The DPF should be removed physically. We also strongly recommend bypassing the SCR cans or removing them. IMPORTANT NOTE: We delete EGR on vehicles with automatic transmission released after 2011 only at the customer's request, because the EGR system should remain operational to avoid incorrect gear shifting. In this case, you don't need to unplug EGR sensors and block the EGR flow.Equipment requirements
- Laptop/PC/VM with Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11.
- Communication adapter: 88890020, VoCom or ANY RP1210C (Nexiq USB-Link, Noregon DLA , DPA5, Inline6, etc).
- TeamViewer (download latest version from www.teamviewer.com).
- Fast and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mb/s).
Warranty terms and conditions
Warranty cases are solved in priority order. Policy is βfix or returnβ, that means full refund in case of impossibility to fix the problem immediately.
Warranty cases are:
- EGR/DPF/SCR – related fault code appears during truck usage period (not including reagent level code in the instrument cluster).
- EGR/DPF/SCR – related message is shown on the dashboard (not including DPF alert message on the Mack dashboards).
- Configuration errors
- ECM memory checksum errors
Non-warranty cases are:
- ECU replacement (different serial number of the ECU detected than stored into database during flashing).
- Software update campaign performed (OEM software detected).
- Copyright violation. Cracking/readout attempts detected (different fingerprint is stored in ECU).
